How to Become a Symposium Sponsor

NCUST’S SYMPOSIUM SPONSORSHIPS

BECOME A SPONSOR and EXHIBITOR
We are seeking tax-deductible donations of $3,000 each, which will cover the cost of bringing high-achieving urban schools to San Diego so they can receive their awards and present their best practices models to other schools that strive for the same high goals. This is a high-profile opportunity to honor the winning schools and reinforce the reputation of your company.
In return for sponsoring a winning school at the symposium, you will receive…
  • Recognition as the named sponsor of an Excellence in Urban Education Award winning school.
  • An exhibit space in the ballroom where breaks will be held May 7-8, 2009.
  • Free full page 2-color advertisement in the conference program book.
  • Link for one year on the NCUST web page.
  • The logo of your organization displayed prominently at the symposium.
  • The opportunity to conduct a breakout session in the exhibit hall to explain your product and highlight schools that are using your product to achieve student success.  There will be a limited number of breakout session opportunities, so the first sponsors to apply will receive those places in the schedule.
If you would like to sponsor more than one school, you will receive a double size exhibit space, a free full page color ad in the program, and you will have an opportunity to be introduced at the award ceremony.
EXHIBIT INFORMATION
You will be provided with two 6’ draped tables and two chairs on carpeted flooring. If you require electrical outlets, Internet access or other accommodations, please contact Pamela Engler at pengler@projects.sdsu.edu. You will be able to set up your booth display starting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 7th, 2009.
Exhibit ballroom will be open:
Thursday May 7th from 11: 00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and
Friday May 8th from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
SESSION INFORMATION

A special presentation area with AV and seating will be set up in the exhibit hall. There will be two “mini” break-out sessions in the exhibit hall during concurrent sessions 1, 2, and 3. Symposium attendees will be able to choose the exhibit hall for one of their concurrent sessions.
