Dr. Pedro Noguera

 
Pedro Noguera, PhD, is a professor in the School of Culture, Education and Human Development at New York University. He is also the Executive Director of the Metropolitan Center for Urban Education and the Co-Director of the Institute for the Study of Globalization and Education in the Metropolitan Setting (IGEMS). An Urban Sociologist, Noguera's Scholarship and research focuses on the ways in which schools are influenced by Social and Economic Conditions in the Urban Environment. Pedro Noguera is the author of many publications including the book " Unfinished Business: Closing the Achievement Gap in Our Schools."

 

Dr. Megan Tschannen-Moran

Megan Tschannen-Moran is the Wakefield  
Distinguished Associate Professor of Educational Policy, Planning and Leadership at the College of William and Mary. She has authored many articles and the popular book " Trust Matters: Leadership for succesful Schools." She studies, trains, and coaches school and district leaders across the country.

 

 

Dr. Milke Schmoker

Dr. Mike Schmoker is one of the nation's foremost authorities on improving teaching 
and learning in schools. He is the author of many articles and books, including "Results Now: How We Can Achieve Unprecedented Improvements in Teaching and Learning."
