• 2008 "What America needs to learn form 2008 NCUST Symposium." Keynote by Joseph F. Johnson, Jr., Ph.D., Executive Director National Center for Urban School Transformation Symposium on the Intersection of Race and Education.
• 2008 "Irvine Foundation Continuation High School Study." NCUST, in collaboration with many reasearchers from WestEd at Stanford's John Gardner center, have conducted an exstensive study in of California's high schools.
